Market action is never perfect but if you could sense the weakness & strength in each time frame, your attempt should be to look out for the weakening strength or the strengthening weakness and at such reversal points, some of the best trades could be effected.

Here below are the "5-minute NF charts with macd(12,26,9)" for 08th & 09th sept which reveals everything about weakness, exhaustion after a climb of 550 points in 11 days. We also observed 11 days ago that a corrective "4th" wave rally could last 11 days as did the "2nd wave" which lasted 11 days.

50% retracement of 5702 to 4720 fall comes @ 5211 & so do R2 for the day.
Holding above 4970-Week Pivot, Nifty is poised to meet R2 of week-5229 & so do gap end from 5323-5230.

For the day & for the week, 5177 to 5230 range becomes huge resistances and traders test such resistances with selling. Exactly at which point it would find resistance is not known but supply is likely to come. FII's net buying has come down from 1158 cr on 02nd sept to 14 cr on 08th sept.

Remember...Selling hasn't come yet but we "expect" that it might come around this zone marked as "resistances". Now market has to prove that if it is indeed a resistance zone(Supply zone) with its price action.

The action would be centered around "Week High Ema" today as a close above it will take the bulls to the next level of upward momentum and failure would lead to "consolidation/ correction" in the coming week.

Weakness would be evident at the break of 5140(Day Pivot) & 5100(Yesterday's low). Developing week Pivot is another point of contention on the lower side.

Nifty reaches, almost, the earlier support zone of 5177-5196.

Let us, now, get back to markets. The daily shows "staying in the OB zone comfortably as in a trending market" and the trend will be intact for the day as long as the close is above 5045.
Hourly, though, shows some -ve div. which will need a conf. by the price (below 5120-HEma & Day Pivot). Resistances are the lows of last two major falls namely 5177-5196.

Another occasion to prove that "uptrending market uses negative global cues to buy into" just as "downtrending market used positive global cues to sell into"(From 5702 to 4720 phase). This uptrend is in the daily totally and in week partially.
